A magistrate's inquiry has found five policemen responsible for the death of Akshay Shinde, an accused in the Badlapur sex assault case, in police custody. The Bombay High Court said an FIR should be lodged against the five policemen and an investigation must be carried out. Akshay was arrested for allegedly assaulting two children in school toilet.
