Mumbai's monorail stopped mid-way on Monday morning due to a technical glitch at a bridge near Wadala area. A total of seventeen passengers were evacuated from the train and transferred to another train coming from Chembur. The monorail also broke down last month amid heavy rain, leaving 582 passengers stuck for over three hours, who were rescued using cranes.
