Bihar CM Nitish Kumar submitted his resignation to Bihar Governor Arif Mohammad Khan on Wednesday and staked a claim to form a new government in Bihar. Nitish will take oath as the Bihar Chief Minister for the 10th time on November 20 in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and several other leaders.
