A new study by Germany's Karlsruhe Institute of Technology suggested that modern Wi-Fi networks can quietly track users. Using BFI-based signals, researchers identified individuals with 99.5% accuracy regardless of walking style or angle. The study shows that identifying someone doesn't require hacking or network access, and any device within Wi-Fi range can perform surveillance without password.
