The Supreme Court criticised the Delhi government over the delay in the implementation of GRAP Stage-IV (Severe+) anti-pollution restrictions in the national capital despite the rising pollution. "How could the government take such a risk," the court asked. It further told the Delhi government to not relax the GRAP-4 curbs without the court's permission even if AQI goes below 300.
