Gitanjali J Angmo, wife of detained Ladakh activist Sonam Wangchuk, refuted Centre's allegations against her husband. She alleged that the "witch hunt" began four years ago when Wangchuk began reminding the government about the need for a legislature in the union territory and the Sixth Schedule. Angmo said she hasn't heard from any of the officers who took Wangchuk away.
