A scooter owner received a challan of ₹20.74 lakh for multiple violations in Uttar Pradesh's Muzaffarnagar. A picture of the challan shared by the owner was widely shared on social media, following which traffic police department said that it was an error. The traffic police department later revised the fine to ₹4,000.
