Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra alleged that PM Narendra Modi launching the Mukhyamantri Mahila Rojgar Yojana in Bihar was an attempt to "buy votes" rather than giving respect to women. "Respect doesn't mean you give ₹10,000, 10 days before elections," she said. Under the scheme, PM Modi transferred ₹10,000 each to the bank accounts of 75 lakh women in Bihar.
