The Delhi blast accused had named their plan 'Operation Emir', with suicide bomber Dr Umar Nabi designated as their point man, NDTV reported. Nabi used to call himself "emir" to tell the other white-collar terrorists of his module that he was their ruler, the report added. Nabi reportedly told them that the atmosphere in India was bad for Muslims.
