Ex-Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia has said AAP will not participate in the election today to fill the last vacant seat of MCD's Standing Committee. Sisodia accused BJP and L-G VK Saxena of trying to conduct the civic body poll in an "illegal" manner. The L-G had ordered the MCD Commissioner to conduct the election at 1 pm on Friday.
