Tesla Chairman Robyn Denholm, in a letter to shareholders, warned the EV maker may lose its CEO Elon Musk, if the proposed $1-trillion pay package for him isn't approved. "The fundamental question for shareholders...is simple: Do you want to retain Musk...and motivate him to drive Tesla?" Denholm's letter read. Shareholders don't deserve a future without Musk at Tesla, it added.
