The man who opened fire at ex-SAD chief Sukhbir Badal at Golden Temple, has been identified as Narain Singh Chaura, who has links to Khalistani organisation Babbar Khalsa International (BKI), reports said. Chaura is a former Khalistani militant who faces multiple cases, Hindustan Times reported. He reportedly helped ex-Punjab CM Beant Singh's assassins alongwith BKI chief escape jail in 2004.
