A Bangladeshi national, who was allegedly illegally residing in Bengaluru, was arrested for raising religious slogans inside a temple and attacking idols. The accused Kabir Mondal entered the temple shouting "Allah Hu Akbar" and tried to hit the idols with his footwear, according to local residents. Locals caught him and tied him to a pole till the police arrived.
