Air India Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner flight from Amritsar to Birmingham experienced an unexpected Ram Air Turbine (RAT) deployment during its final approach on Saturday, officials said. RAT, which is usually used in cases of engine failures, was deployed without any command a few minutes before landing at Birmingham Airport. DGCA is probing the incident involving aircraft VT-ANO operating the flight.
