ED has issued third summons to Reliance Communications Director Anil Ambani, requiring his appearance on November 17 for the FEMA probe. This follows the industrialist's absence from Friday's scheduled questioning, and his plea for a virtual appearance was also rejected. The matter relates to the alleged siphoning of ₹40 crore from the Jaipur-Reengus highway project by Reliance Infrastructure.
