Supreme Court granted bail to a man who was booked for rape and for threatening the complainant in the name of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. He presented record of an SP-level police officer's WhatsApp chats/calls with the woman, claiming the case was false. He claimed he was in live-in relationship with the woman who later struck up relationship with the officer.
