The Supreme Court on Tuesday acquitted Chandrabhan Sudam Sanap, the man who was given death sentence by Bombay HC for allegedly kidnapping, raping and killing a 23-year-old software engineer in 2014. SC said there were "gaping holes" in the prosecution's story. Reacting to the verdict, her father said, "I'm over 70 years [old]...I'm not in a position to fight this."
