Congress MP Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday said Congress "will demolish the artificial barrier of 50% reservations" in India. Calling caste discrimination in the country "unique", Rahul said, "I'm fully committed to ensuring not only the caste census happens in Telangana...but that Telangana becomes a model for...caste census in India." Telangana is set to begin the caste census on November 6.
