The Jogeshwari Police have registered an FIR against an unidentified person for allegedly running over a sleeping stray dog, killing it. Volunteers from PAL Welfare Foundation reached location to ensure immediate attention to the case. Sudhir Kudalkar, Founder of PAL Welfare Foundation, said that animal cruelty is a serious crime, and the foundation will continue to stand for the voiceless.
