Utah Governor Spencer Cox announced that the state will pursue the death penalty for the killer of conservative activist and US President Donald Trump's ally Charlie Kirk. Kirk was fatally shot during a Turning Point USA event at Utah Valley University. A 22-year-old suspected gunman Tyler Robinson was taken into custody by authorities after being turned in by his father.
