Models with metal mouth-guards, which created an illusion of a stapled mouth, walked at Paris Fashion Week, 2025. They walked for designer Glenn Martens, who made his debut at the Maison Margiela Spring/Summer 2026 show. The metal retractors were chosen by the designer to stand by Margiela’s founding idea of "anonymity of fashion, where clothes speak louder than their wearers".
