An Indian man has been arrested after he was seen hurling abuses and waving a pistol-shaped lighter on a Bangkok road. The man was seen shouting and crying as he was arrested. Police said his behaviour was believed to be a result of hallucinations from smoking weed, adding he was director of three Indian companies that had all ceased operations.
