Congress leader Sandeep Dikshit hit out at party colleague Shashi Tharoor after the latter praised PM Narendra Modi's speech at an event. Dikshit asked, "Why is Tharoor in...Congress? Is it only because you're an MP?" He said Tharoor must explain if he thinks that the BJP's strategies are working better than Congress, adding, "If you cannot explain, you're a hypocrite."
