BlackBuck co-founder and CEO Rajesh KN Yabaji has sold 20 lakh shares at ₹676.40 each in a bulk deal, raising about ₹135 crore. After the sale, his stake falls from 11.81% to 10.7%. Major institutional investors including Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley participated in the larger block deal.
