Elon Musk-led Tesla is looking for land in India to set up an EV manufacturing plant, ET reported. Maharashtra has reportedly emerged as the company's first choice as it already has an office in Pune and many suppliers in the state. As per the report, the Maharashtra government has offered Tesla sites close to Chakan and Chikhali, both near Pune.
