Maharashtra Govt plans to develop Karnala-Sai-Chirner New Town (KSC New Town), or Third Mumbai, in Raigad. This project will host 65% of data centers in India. Surveys in 2025, covering 124 villages, will lay the groundwork for a detailed master plan, aligning with the goal of Maharashtra to boost Mumbai Metropolitan Region's GDP to $300 billion.
