The blood sample report of Gaganpreet Makkar, the main accused in Delhi BMW crash that killed a senior Finance Ministry official and injured his wife, has been reported to be negative. The victims were on a motorcycle, returning home from Bangla Sahib Gurdwara when they were hit by Gaganpreet's car. Gaganpreet was booked for culpable homicide not amounting to murder.
