IndiGo CEO Pieter Elbers told employees that the airline "couldn't live up to the promise" of providing flyers a good experience in recent days. "An accumulation of several operational challenges...compounded negatively to create a cascading impact on our operations," he said. The airline reportedly cancelled over 300 flights and delayed multiple others on Thursday.
