PM Narendra Modi on Sunday criticised the Opposition for an old law of Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) where a sanitation worker could be jailed for a month for not coming to work without informing in advance. "Those who talk big about social justice today have created many such rules and laws in the country," he stated.
