US President-elect Donald Trump said he'd create a new government agency called the 'External Revenue Service' "to collect tariffs, duties, and all revenue" from foreign sources. Trump added he'd establish the department on his Inauguration Day on January 20. "We'll begin charging those that make money off of us with trade, and they'll start paying their fair share," he stated.
