CJI BR Gavai on Monday said that judicial activism will continue in India, and wherever the legislature or executive fails to safeguard the rights of citizens, courts, be it the high courts or the Supreme Court, must intervene. "But at the same time, the judicial activism should not turn into judicial adventurism or judicial terrorism," CJI Gavai added.
