Hong Kong's anti-corruption agency arrested eight people in connection with a fire that ripped through high-rise apartment complex killing 128 people and 200 still missing. The seven men and one woman, include scaffolding subcontractors, directors of an engineering consultant company and project managers supervising the renovation, said the agency in a statement. Death toll expected to rise.
