Delhi CM Rekha Gupta approved a policy to provide compassionate employment to dependants of those who lost their lives in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots. She said the policy aims to expedite long-pending employment assistance cases since the Cabinet’s 2007 decision. The policy also includes necessary relaxations in age and educational qualifications to support affected families.
