Former F1 driver Juan Pablo Montoya opined that Mercedes' George Russell has shown that the team doesn't need Max Verstappen at all. He added that Russell could be as good as Verstappen in future. "The way Russell is performing now, he is forcing Mercedes to say, 'Whatever he wants, we will have to give in',"Montoya remarked.
