Amitabh Bachchan's longtime makeup artist Deepak Sawant spoke about the actor's work ethic. He said, "[Amitabh] always arrives on set at least 30 minutes before call time. He doesn't adhere to any fixed shift. He'll work 16 hours straight if needed and won't leave until makers ask him to." He added, "He rehearses at least 10 times before every take."
