US Secretary of State Marco Rubio formally seized a second plane belonging to Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro in the Dominican Republic on Thursday. The aircraft was purchased in 2017 from US and was serviced and maintained on multiple occasions using parts from the US, which violated US laws. Earlier, US had announced $25 million for information leading to Maduro's arrest.
