Israeli Defense Forces on Saturday targeted a high-rise building in Gaza City, claiming it was used by Hamas. "Hamas terrorists installed intelligence gathering equipment and positioned observation posts in the building…to monitor location of IDF troops…Hamas terrorists also planted numerous explosive devices near the building," said IDF, adding that steps were taken to reduce risk to civilians.
