Gulfam, man who took BMW crash victims to hospital located 19 km away from accident site, said he was told by Gaganpreet Kaur, driver of BMW, to go to that hospital. Gulfam stated he was unaware of the area or nearby hospital and did what Gaganpreet asked him to do. Navjot Singh, a finance ministry official, died in the accident.
