Speaking before he arrived in India for a two-day visit, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer said that his country will not relax visa rules for Indians. Keir said there were "massive opportunities" to improve trade and cultural ties with India. UK and India signed a trade deal in July this year after years of negotiation.
