Addressing a rally in Jammu and Kashmir (J&K), UP CM Yogi Adityanath said, "Congress, National Conference and PDP gave a 'tamancha' in the hands of the youth." He said, "PM Narendra Modi's government is working towards giving the youth employment." He added, "Bringing back Article 370 in [J&K] is a malign attempt to bring back terrorism, corruption and communal extremism."
