After killing his daughter Radhika, Deepak Yadav told police, "Write my statement and the FIR in such a way that I get hanged", Deepak's elder brother Vijay told The Indian Express. "He [told police] he has committed kanya vadh (female slaughter)," said Vijay. The 25-year-old tennis player was killed by Deepak in Haryana's Gurugram following 'taunts' by locals.
