Dhami village in Himachal Pradesh's Shimla celebrated their nearly four-century-old stone-pelting fair a day after Diwali on Tuesday. "This fair reflects our faith in god and the goddess...we want to carry this forward, teaching our children about its significance," a representative of the Dhami royal family said. A video showed people in two groups pelting stones at each other's area.
