The Assam government has ordered an inquiry into allegations that Bangladesh national anthem was sung at Congress Seva Dal meeting in Sribhumi district. Fishery Minister Krishnendu Paul directed officials to probe the matter after a video surfaced online. Reacting to row, Congress district chief Tapas Purkayastha said, "Our pride, 85-year-old poet Vidhu Bhushan Das, sang only two lines of song."
