Film producer Ramesh Taurani revealed that Chandrachur Singh was asked to back out of 'Kya Kehna' and Salman Khan was to replace him in the movie. "Salman said he will do the movie...but you've to get a letter of consent from Chandrachur," Taurani added. He stated Chandrachur refused to leave the project after news regarding Salman leaked to him.
