The Himachal Pradesh High Court has ordered the attachment of Himachal Bhawan in Delhi after the Congress-led state government failed to clear ₹64 crore dues to the company behind the Seli Hydropower plant. The state's Advocate General Anup Kumar Rattan said the agreement had specified that if project is green-lit, the premium of ₹64 crore won't be returned.
