Baloch leader Mehran Marri alleged Pakistan military is committing "genocide at full escalation" in Balochistan, stating that situation in the region reached "extremely grim" point. He added that military has expanded into "transnational aggression" against India, Afghanistan and Baloch refugees beyond Pakistan's borders. This sense of impunity comes after partnerships with US and China, he said.
