Russia fired an intercontinental ballistic missile for the first time since it invaded Ukraine in 2022. The missile, which did not carry a nuclear warhead, was fired alongside several cruise missiles at Ukraine's Dnipro. The use of the ICBM comes after Ukraine launched US-made long-range Atacms missiles and British Storm Shadow missiles towards Russia.
