Gold prices jumped ₹700 to hit an all-time high of ₹1,24,000 per 10 grams in Delhi on Tuesday, according to the All India Sarafa Association. The yellow metal of 99.9% purity had closed at ₹1,23,300 per 10 grams on Monday. However, silver retreated from its all-time high level and plunged ₹3,400 to ₹1,54,000 per kilogram.
