The State Department protocol is being applied to security for US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin's meeting in Alaska. This means if 10 Russian agents are posted, 10 US agents would be present too. Neither side will open doors for the other party. Russia will control Putin's movements while the Secret Service will have an outer ring.
