Indian Railways will make one-time passwords mandatory for booking Tatkal tickets from reservation counters in the coming days. A pilot project for the same was launched on November 17 and was later extended to 52 trains. "Under this system...passenger receives an OTP on the...number provided in...reservation form. The ticket is confirmed only after successful OTP verification," the ministry said.
